Received update calls when service people might be delayed, but they arrived within the 2 hr time frame scheduled (ANOTHER COMPANY scheduled a 4 hr window, and still didn't make it until the next day, with no calls until AFTER the 4 hrs, AND the next 4 hr reschedule!). Was fortunate that they were able to do the work the same day, right after doing the estimate, which was a great convenience for me! "Our water bill had been increasing over the past few months and thus we suspected a leak. When I contacted DoneRite before noon, they had someone at our home within 2 hours. A leak was discovered directly under our foundation and repaired the same afternoon. Jim was incredibly knowledgeable and also professional. He was great to work with and his courteous manner was a delight. After having had a "not so good" experience with a previous plumbing company, this was a great experience. "Needed a plumber to repair a leak from the city water supply to the house. I needed fast response since the leak could have escalated. They provided an estimate and got to work within 2 business days during bad weather stretch. Just in time for Christmas. They cleaned up after themselves and respected the neighbor's property.
