    DoneRite saved my day
    "DoneRite saved my day when a pipe burst under my manufactured home and water was pooled up under there like a lake. The owner, Aaron diverted Tyler to me from another job immediately. Tyler arrived in a very short time and took care of my problem. Both Aaron and Tyler were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Great job done by a great company. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone else."

    "I contacted Erin regarding my tub spout needing replacement. He was able to come and take a look at the problem within an hour of me contacting him in order to get an idea of the needed work. He was able to come back the very next day, first thing in the morning and replaced the spout so that we weren't without the use of our shower. He is the only plumber that I have used to do installations and repairs for many years. I trust him and his work. He has never had to come back to fix anything that he has done. Exceptional work and exceptional customer service!"

    "It went very well. Out of 5 plumbers contacted either by phone or through Angie's List "request for estimate" form on a Friday afternoon, DoneRite was the only one to respond and did so the next day (Saturday). They contacted me via email and set up a rather broad time frame for coming on Tuesday. Tylor called and showed up at the beginning of the time frame, gave an estimate and was ready to go to work when I accepted it. He worked hard for over an hour to replace the old parts with new (which he had with him) and answered all my questions regarding how to turn off the house's water supply (more complicated than I realized)."

    "Needed a plumber to repair a leak from the city water supply to the house. I needed fast response since the leak could have escalated. They provided an estimate and got to work within 2 business days during bad weather stretch. Just in time for Christmas. They cleaned up after themselves and respected the neighbor's property. Thanks Randy for doing a lot of hard work under the house and digging outside the house. They also did great followup testing the water pressure so I could report to the city of salem.     "If you are looking for a great plumbing company you’ve found it with DoneRite. My home warranty company referred me to them. On New Year’s Day sewage baked up in both bathrooms, including the toilets and tubs. The company I called came out and used a rotor rooter machine on it. It cleared my system for one day and then backed up again. A wonderful technician named Alex came out from DoneRite and knew right away that the problem was a gigantic clog deep down in the line. He worked on it with a rooter machine from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM. I could tell he was determined to get out the clog and would work on it until he solved the problem. The owner of the company, Erin even came out to help him. He finally removed the clog 90 feet down the line. The owner offered to come out the next day and scope the system from my roof to make sure there were no other problems. The final cost was more than fair considering the time they spent. They really cared about my plumbing problems and were willing to go the extra mile. They are my plumbing company for life."

    "Our water bill had been increasing over the past few months and thus we suspected a leak. When I contacted DoneRite before noon, they had someone at our home within 2 hours. A leak was discovered directly under our foundation and repaired the same afternoon. Jim was incredibly knowledgeable and also professional. He was great to work with and his courteous manner was a delight. After having had a "not so good" experience with a previous plumbing company, this was a great experience. The cost was less than expected and we have most certainly found our plumbing company for life!!"

    "Decided to contact DoneRite due to their highly rated reviews. Glad that I did! They returned my request for estimate with a call within an hour or so. Received update calls when service people might be delayed, but they arrived within the 2 hr time frame scheduled (ANOTHER COMPANY scheduled a 4 hr window, and still didn't make it until the next day, with no calls until AFTER the 4 hrs, AND the next 4 hr reschedule!). Was fortunate that they were able to do the work the same day, right after doing the estimate, which was a great convenience for me! Workers (sorry don't remember names) were friendly, professional, and got the work done quickly. Cleaned up nicely after also. This was my first dealing with DoneRite, which turned out to be a great experience for me!"

    "The crew came out the same day and fixed the leak in our water main in a VERY efficient way. I was totally blown away, as that the other 3 plumbers I contacted could not even come out for an estimate for 1 to 3 weeks! The leak detector company said we were leaking 4.5 gallons per minute, so a timely repair was necessary, and DoneRite provided that. Thank you Erin Hackney and crew."

    "I highly recommend DoneRite plumbing! We had a leak limiting us from using our kitchen sink and tub which, for a family with small children, was very stressful. They came for the evaluation the very next day and got to work a few days later after being able to squeeze us in before our scheduled day.
