"If you are looking for a great plumbing company you’ve found it with DoneRite. My home warranty company referred me to them. On New Year’s Day sewage baked up in both bathrooms, including the toilets and tubs. The company I called came out and used a rotor rooter machine on it. It cleared my system for one day and then backed up again. A wonderful technician named Alex came out from DoneRite and knew right away that the problem was a gigantic clog deep down in the line. He worked on it with a rooter machine from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM. I could tell he was determined to get out the clog and would work on it until he solved the problem. The owner of the company, Erin even came out to help him. He finally removed the clog 90 feet down the line. The owner offered to come out the next day and scope the system from my roof to make sure there were no other problems. The final cost was more than fair considering the time they spent. They really cared about my plumbing problems and were willing to go the extra mile. They are my plumbing company for life."

"Needed a plumber to repair a leak from the city water supply to the house. I needed fast response since the leak could have escalated. They provided an estimate and got to work within 2 business days during bad weather stretch. Just in time for Christmas. They cleaned up after themselves and respected the neighbor's property.
