"It went very well. Out of 5 plumbers contacted either by phone or through Angie's List "request for estimate" form on a Friday afternoon, DoneRite was the only one to respond and did so the next day (Saturday). They contacted me via email and set up a rather broad time frame for coming on Tuesday. Tylor called and showed up at the beginning of the time frame, gave an estimate and was ready to go to work when I accepted it. He worked hard for over an hour to replace the old parts with new (which he had with him) and answered all my questions regarding how to turn off the house's water supply (more complicated than I realized)."- Becky
