Seeking Experienced Plumbers
DoneRite Plumbing & Drain is a local, family-owned business with an immediate opening for experienced plumbers. We are looking for residential, commercial, and new construction service plumbers that take pride in their and their trade. The ideal candidate understands the importance of a good customer service experience and has the ability to work with a diverse clientele in their homes or businesses.
Your responsibilities as a plumber on our team will include the following:
- Accurately diagnose and perform various plumbing repairs including – but not limited to – fixtures, water heaters, and various piping (galvanized, Quest, PVC, etc.).
- Work with dispatchers to provide prompt and efficient service to our customers.
- Work with other technicians and plumbers to foster a team environment.
- Understand and apply plumbing codes.
- Provide an above-average customer experience.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools and safety equipment in vehicle.
- Meet or exceed performance minimum standards.
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
- You have experience in residential, commercial, and new construction service plumbing.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent Oregon Journeyman card.
- You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- You can lift up to 75 pounds daily.
- You have great customer service skills.
- You are willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education and training.
- You can follow company policies and procedures.
- You can communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers.
- You are thorough in your inspections and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs.
- You have experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, various valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, etc.
- Experience with Service Titan software is a definite plus!

My plumbing company for life"If you are looking for a great plumbing company you’ve found it with DoneRite. My home warranty company referred me to them. On New Year’s Day sewage baked up in both bathrooms, including the toilets and tubs. The company I called came out and used a rotor rooter machine on it. It cleared my system for one day and then backed up again. A wonderful technician named Alex came out from DoneRite and knew right away that the problem was a gigantic clog deep down in the line. He worked on it with a rooter machine from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM. I could tell he was determined to get out the clog and would work on it until he solved the problem. The owner of the company, Erin even came out to help him. He finally removed the clog 90 feet down the line. The owner offered to come out the next day and scope the system from my roof to make sure there were no other problems. The final cost was more than fair considering the time they spent. They really cared about my plumbing problems and were willing to go the extra mile. They are my plumbing company for life."- Sharon Bolen

Great Company"For starters I loved that they gave me a appointment time and not a 4 hour window. Excellent plumber. I needed a faucet replacement and he had some great choices with him. High end and very "smart looking". Also He discovered some under the sink work that needed to be done. Didn't have to call for another appointment. All taken care of at first visit.
