The company had done an excellent job for our rental property. There was a major, major leak. We can't thank you enough. I thought we might have a leak in our system. They checked it out, and it was a leak from our furnace. Apparently we have copper piping, the best pipe there is. I then hired them to flush out all the water drains in our 1987 home. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a plumber.

I had a septic line that had been backing up for years. Finally, I'd had enough with trying not to overload the system, and I gave DoneRite a call. By some luck they were able to send Justin out the same day. He wasted no time diagnosing the problem: roots intruding into a joint in the cast iron line. He was able to cut through them with a hydraulic tool, and in about an hour everything was flowing again! I was so impressed that I paid him to improve the flow in the kitchen sink drain, too. Throughout the whole process Justin was efficient and communicative. I would definitely recommend DoneRite for service like this.

We had an emergency plumbing issue over the holiday weekend. When we called first thing Monday morning, they worked hard to get us on the schedule to get our utilities restored right away. The crew that arrived was very professional. Tyler talked me through the suspected issue and gave me an estimate of repair before doing any work. I really appreciated the forethought Tyler and Sam put in to get the job done right and also to prepare our system for future upgrades, should we desire. Donerite is the first call I will make, every time.

I called DoneRite Plumbing to repair a problem toilet, replace the water valve, and install a water line for my new refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser. Roger went above and beyond making sure that the toilet was fixed and working properly. Sam removed the previous copper water line connection to the refrigerator and replaced it with a better type of water line specific for refrigerator hookup. Tyler came by later to make sure everything was done properly. All three men were very knowledgeable and professional about their line of work. Asked for a bid for repair under the house. Office staff were friendly and helpful, technician came out to inspect and gave a reasonable bid. We didn't go with DoneRite Plumbing because a family member was able to do the repair, but I will call them when the need arises.
