I call on Wednesday afternoon, they're here early Thursday afternoon, and I'm receiving my replacement water heater on Friday. Roger (2) found so many things wrong with the initial installation (by Fleetwood in Nampa, ID), and their mistakes were causing breaker issues and totally inefficient performance by the heater. Lukewarm water at best. So DoneRite saved me from potential future electrical problems! I'm happy. They were highly recommended by a neighbor of mine, and she was absolutely right!

I'm super happy with DoneRite Plumbing. I had them come out and take a look at my leaking water heater last week. It was unable to be repaired and needed to be replaced, but since it still worked, I waited to schedule the repair. Over the weekend I lost all hot water. I contacted them through their website and requested to schedule a time for them to come out and replace with a new water heater. They called me first thing Monday morning to schedule the appointment, and had someone out to me within the hour! They installed a new water heater in less than 2 hours. Everyone I have interacted with has been really friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend DoneRite Plumbing, and will for sure be using them for any future plumbing issues.

One of their technicians, Brady, came out a little early, took a look at what problems I had, then sat in his van to work up the quotes on the possible 3 choices for work to be done. I talked with him a bit, accepted the replacement with upgrade to our gas hot water heater. He immediately went back to the shop and got the hot water heater & parts, finished replacing the gas hot water heater, various old piping & shut-off valves, and cleaned up after himself in a couple of hours. Will from DoneRite Plumbing & Drain did a fantastic job! The water heater in my home started leaking, causing damage to the floor as well. Will arrived right on time. He was very thorough, checking the water heater, associated pipes, asking relevant questions, checking under the house and outside, and explaining what he was checking for and why. He made sure that all possible causes were checked. After determining/confirming that the problem was the water heater itself, he went right out and got one, installed it, and hauled away the old one.
