Not one molecule of 'outhouse' smell since
I have used Done Rite Plumbing in the past. Had a good experience. This time I had a terrible sewer smell emanating from my toilet. I envisioned the neighborhood sewer pipe belching its communal terrible smell right to my toilet. I could not figure out what may be causing this. Here is where I reach out for professional help. The plumber assessed some things, and discussed with me some potential issues and ways to address. The only one that could be addressed at that time seemed way too simple to me, and I had my doubts. Upon my request he gave me a detailed explanation of what he was saying, i.e., real talk. One hour and 300 dollars later the work was complete and time will tell. It seems the 'handyman' I had install my new toilet three years ago had done some inventive, unnecessary, and frankly odd things when putting the toilet in. Mr. Done Rite found and corrected these issues and not one molecule of 'outhouse' smell has come from the toilet since. It has been 24 hours at this time but we were smelling that smell basically all day every day the last few weeks. Very satisfied and will keep Done Rite in my 'my plumber' spot for household issues. Thank you!

They do a good job, with great communication, and better rates than some more well-known companies. Their initial assessment/trip fee can be applied to any related additional work a person chooses to have done within 90 days. They came and improved an old shower valve we had, then since the initial fee would be applied to a new valve (which was going to be expensive), we got the new valve later, and the first amount was deducted. Now it is much better.
